Lynn Fanshawe

Lynn is a specialist prosecution advocate with extensive experience in the Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts and Court of Appeal. She currently prosecutes for the CPS (grade 2 – London and South Eastern Circuit) and the Probation Service. Lynn is known for her thorough preparation and careful conduct of cases. Her handling of vulnerable witnesses has been praised. She has a particular interest in cases of domestic violence.
