Dominic Bush

Dominic joined Chambers in 2010, moving from a large specialist criminal set based in central London. He has worked exclusively in crime, prosecuting for the Crown Prosecution Service, Department of Work and Pensions, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, and Revenue and Customs Prosecution Office, whilst developing a successful defence practice. Dominic has appeared in a number of cases before the Court of Appeal Criminal Division, the High Court and has advised on Attorney-General’s References in relation to unduly lenient sentences. He also deals with Civil Forfeiture Proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

 

In 2010 Dominic became Direct Access Qualified and can now receive legal instructions direct from members of the public.
