
Nadeem Holland was called to the Bar in 2006.
Nadeem is a common law practitioner with particular expertise in Crime, Immigration, Employment and Civil Law.
Crime
Nadeem acts for the Defence in the full range of hearings at both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court. He has secured acquittals following Crown Court trials for Defendants facing charges involving violence, dishonesty, drugs and weapons. In his Magistrates’ Court practice Nadeem has particular expertise in Road Traffic Law including making ‘special reasons’ and ‘exceptional hardship’ applications.
Nadeem has recently been approved to deal with Prosecution cases and has already been instructed by the Crown in both the Magistrates and Crown Court.
Immigration
Nadeem has a strong record of securing bail for detainees. In the Immigration Tribunal he has successfully conducted appeals on behalf of a wide range of applicants including visitors, spouses and students.
Employment
Prior to being called to the Bar, Nadeem conducted Employment Tribunals on a pro bono basis for the Free Representation Unit. Since beginning his practice, Nadeem has built upon that experience having been instructed on behalf of claimants throughout the country.
Civil
Before joining Chambers, Nadeem worked as a County Court Advocate on behalf of some of the UK’s major financial institutions. Nadeem continues to act in fast track trials and small claims proceedings in the County Court.
