Castle Chambers was founded in April 2004 to provide excellence in advocacy.

Although we are a new set of Chambers, most of our barristers have been based in the Harrow area for many years and are familiar with local Courts and practice. We are well-placed for access to courts in Greater London and the Home Counties. Members often travel further afield, even appearing in courts martial overseas.

Our main area of practice is in criminal advocacy, both defence and prosecution. We defend at all levels, from first appearances in the magistrates' court through to trial in the Crown Court and to to hearings in the Court of Appeal and other appellate  courts. Members of Chambers prosecute on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service in a number of areas, government departments, local authorities and the Federation Against Copyright Theft.
